The virus of H5N1 have been affected more than 10 million livestock. Research on clinical disease, virology and epidemiology of H5N1 in Indonesia is needed to understand the ecology and variability in transmission to human. 

So they make an announcement about competent researchers and institutions to foster essential research, but they need to give the proposal first and they need to wait because of the review process. So it could be a competition because there are awards for the winner.

Notice of the 25th Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 25th Annual General Meeting of PT Berlian Buana will be held on Monday, 26th March 2018 at 9 a.m. at Rama Sinta Meeting Hall, at 6th floor of Ramayana Hotel, to transact the following business.
Ordinary Business:
-    -To receive, consider, approve, and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the company for the year ended 31st December 2017, together with the Directors’ and Auditors’ Report thereon.
-    -To appoint auditors for the year ending 31st December 2018 and fix their remuneration. The retiring auditors Erlina Marwan & Co. being eligible have offered themselves for re-appointment.
     -To elect three Directors as fixed by the Board of Directors for a term of three years in accordance with the provisions of section 157(1) of the Companies Ordinance. The names of the retiring directors are:
-          *Karina Dewanti
-          *Lukman Purwanto
-          *Resti Kusumaningrum


I think this is an announcement because announcement is to inform people. We can see that  this announcement are for all the employees (the proof is that it is impossible for outsiders to attend a company meeting unless they have a need). Also we can see the detail such as date, time, place.

The Ugly Duckling                            One upon time, a mother duck sat on her eggs. She felt tired of sitting on them. She just wished the eggs would break out. Several days later, she got her wish. The eggs cracked and some cute little ducklings appeared. "Peep, peep" the little ducklings cried. "Quack, quack" their mother greeted in return. However the largest egg had not cracked. The mother duck sat on it for several days. Finally, it cracked and a huge ugly duckling waddled out. The mother duck looked at him in surprise. He was so big and very gray. He didn't look like the others at all. He was like a turkey.
