The Importance of eating healthy food



Why should we eat healthy food? "What you plant now, that's what you reap" it's well known phrase but do you know the meaning of this parable with our topic this time?

Healthy foos provides many benefit to our health and wellbeing because of it nutrition. Teenagers like us need more nutrition than other generation because we are now in the growth stage. Starting from physical growth , sexual, and the ability to think. That's why healthy food is very important.

Sometimes we don't really care about the amount of nutrition that enters our body through food. We have several habits which can affect our body condition, such as skipping meals, eating fast food, snacking high calories foods and keto diet.

If we don't have enough nutrition for our body, it will cause some effect like slow physical growth, difficulty in thinking, loss of iron due to menstruation, and even affect osteoporosis when we are old. So before, it's too late let's fix our way of eating.

We can start by eating healthy food like Carbohydrate that contains some source of energy needed by our body to do some activities. example : Oatmeal. Also eating protein that needed for body's metabolism. example : sweet potatoes and others healthy food like fat, vitamin, and mineral.






In conclusion, healthy food  is very important for our growth in physically and mentally. It make many positive effects that can help us doing some activities.
